How They Found Their Home With Connect²

Darrin and Donna were getting married but had not been able to find their ideal home. They had looked at 23 MLS homes but could not find their match. They found it through Connect².

As a doctor looking to purchase, she had a need to be in a specific area close to the hospital, and she needed a place for her 3 Labradors to run. Within 2 days of getting the assignment to work with Jennifer, we found the house off market, and closed in less than 30 days.

    How does your home become a Preferred Property in Connect²?

    In some cases, the sale can happen immediately. It will, in part, depend on my viewing of your home and the answers to these questions. Here is what I was assigned to verify.

    1. The first thing I was assigned to verify is whether the property is available for a 30–45 day closing.
    2. I need to view it to verify it is move-in ready.
    3. If your property is By-Owner, or was an Expired Listing, we need to view the property and verify it to be accurate.
    4. In some cases, we check the rental potential. If so, we verify if the property can generate an 8% annual Cap Rate.
    5. Many buyers tend to relocate often. Thus, we determine today’s value and project the value in 12 months.
